QUALITY & TESTING:
We have a team of internal & external quality inspectors auditing the production floors every- day. Every quality check is done as per the cus- tomers’ requirements.Our highly trained in-house testing team ensures all raw materials and finished products are tested for physical and chemical abnormalities in our own testing lab which is accredited by many world-renowned testing institutions.

MATERIAL SELECTION:
Euro Safety has tied up with leading material suppliers. Every supplier is audited for compliance with social and environmental norms and only then materials are procured. Material is issued to the production department once it has been approved by the in- house testing lab and the quality team.

LASTING:
One of the key operations in a safety shoe is shape formation of the shoe or commonly known as lasting. 200J toe caps are fixed in this operation to add the element of protection. Euro Safety uses Aluminium, Stainless' Steel, Composite and Fibreglass toe caps as per the customer's requirement. All caps conform to EN12568, ASTM F2412, CSA. Every toe cap is testing in the in- house laboratory regularly to maintain the quality of the final product.

CUTTING:
Heavy duty machinery is used for material cutting to ensure consistency and to avoid wastage of any raw material. Euro Safety has a team in place solely responsible for calculating waste discharge.

STITCHING:
With over 40 years of leather footwear making experience, Euro Safety realises the value of craftsmanship. Even though we are stitching more than 7000 pairs every day using advanced machinery, our workers are skilled and trained over generations.

INJECTION MOULDING:
Euro Safety has 5 moulding machines to produce over 7000 pairs daily. We work very closely with BASF, DESMA and A BB to ensure that we are in sync with the latest innovation and technological advancement in raw material as well as machinery. We also have a team of German and Chinese technicians on call to cater to any machine maintenance. With almost 20 mould designs, Euro Safety produces over 100 styles for the market worldwide.
Our products are treated with a special anti- bacterial & anti-fungal spray at the time of packing to ensure the prolonged shelf life and usage. External audits are organised to ensure that storage conditions are weather friendly and cause no damage to the product. Euro Safety also understands the importance for quality when the products for someone's safety. A team of more than 50 trained personnel is in place to ensure quality of all products. Every raw material that enters the premises or every product that leaves the premises is thoroughly checked by the Quality team.
